Planning Ahead - 10 Years From Now

The idea behind this small presentation was too look at where we want to be in 10 years time, by looking at what we want to be doing in 10 years we can decided now what we have too do to get there. I found this very helpful as I had not really put lots of thought into what I wanted to do in the future, other than being a graphic designer of some sort. 

I would like to have worked as one if not all of these by the time I am 28 years old, it seems a lot now but if you think about it you can see that one thing can lead too the next. 

I would like to be working somewhere that I can take interest in because I believe in the company, Facebook for example, this would be an axing place too for as a designer as there are constant design problems too over some and the results can be seen by billion people. Cereal Magazine would bother place I would LOVE to work, everything that they do I agree with from the content too the design so being part of that would be amazing, I would want to contribute my style too the publication. 

Being in and pen space with other designers is the ideal working environment for me as it makes me more productive to have other creatives around me. The white space as well is also ideal as light is key, you don't want to be working in a dark, small studio.

San Fransisco, for the creativeness and fluctuation of people. Copenhagen for the design inspiration and the flat ground. London well because its London and I just want to work in London. Paris would be different it has a lot going on from fashion to music I fell that it would be an interesting city to live and work in. Hong kong, as it is a technology capital. Cape Town as its just seems to have everything, it has a massive creative community and the scenery is just beautiful, plus its warm pretty much all the time. And New York, well like London just because its New York.  

My goals, to work at Facebook specially in another country as I feel it would be massive opportunity that I would never turn down. I would to be able too take photos for Cereal it would be a massive achievement to have work shown in the publication as oh it such high standards. I want to be able too travel the work with graphic design working in different countries, I don't want to ground myself in one country I want too move around meet all sorts of different people.
